Professionally printed photo staff plastic event badges with 'STAFF' printed lanyards and card holders. If you need to issue an event badge every time a new employee joins then this prepay package is for you!

For example say you order 100 but only need 35 at the moment we will print and send 35 and then the balance as and when you require, which can be in batches of as many cards as you like.

Ordering is easy, download the following ID Card Ordering Guide for a step by step instruction and the ID Card Printing Data Sheet to populate and send the staff data to us with the photos.  Tell us what lanyard fabric and holder colour you would like. We send the full quantity of holders and lanyards with your initial batch of ID cards. 

You can provide us with your own card design or use the layout in above example.

When do I give you my logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. If you forget or don't have a usable logo then please give us a call

Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

The prices shown here display both inclusive & exclusive of VAT. Delivery is not displayed here and is calculated in your shopping basket. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges, please call us to ask!

Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?

We always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Please just ask us! Our policy is wherever possible to supply any product samples free of charge when we can. However some larger and more expensive lines, they may incur a charge or delivery cost.

Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?
